Returns & Refunds Policy
Coffee is a perishable consumable item.
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee.
Once it leaves our roastery, it cannot be restocked or resold.
This protects every customer — including you.
If your order arrives:• Damaged• Incorrect• Missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
If the issue is on our end, we will replace it promptly.
Precision matters.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control
If your shipment appears lost, contact us and we’ll help initiate a carrier investigation.

If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Subscriptions may be modified, skipped, or canceled anytime before the next billing date.
If an order has already processed, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds are only issued if:• An order is confirmed lost by the carrier• An incorrect item cannot be replaced• We determine a quality issue on our end
